To Whom It May Concern:

My mother lived alone in a house in Houston for 30 years after my father passed away. Many repairs including painting, replacing rotten wood, new carpeting, installing new garage doors, and many miscellaneous chores needed to be done. I do not live in the Houston area, but Myron Lewis and his crew with Lewis Construction were referred to me by my aunt who had been previously very satisfied with a remodeling project. Lewis Construction did a wonderful job. Myron undertook the project and cared for it as he would have his own home. In fact, since I did not live in town, Myron even selected the carpet and hard flooring for the kitchen/utility area. I think he should also do interior decorating as everything looked great!

Myron had every opportunity to take advantage of my distance. Instead, he performed a first class job. I am truly impressed and have no reservation about recommending his company for any project which he says he can do.

"Mr. Lewis and his crew helped me with some interior painting and wall repair.  I had attempted to do the work myself but saw the poor job I had done so I "fired myself" and called Mr. Lewis.  He replied promptly with a reasonable fair quote.  His crew was
able to turn this job around in just a few days for me.  Their work was excellent and professional.  I will only use Lewis Construction for all of my home repairs."

I want to thank you for the work that you completed on our house recently. The Hardy siding looks great, the lines are straight, and the paint job is exceptional. We feel like we have a new house. We waited a long time to get this work done and we could not be more proud of the outcome. Your estimate was right on, there were no hidden charges, and the work was completed in the time frame you quoted. You thoroughly explained the process of the job and answered all of our questions. I appreciate your professionalism.

I want to also commend you on your crew. They showed up on time each day, put in a full days work and exhibited a professional attitude throughout the course of the job. Dear Mr. Lewis:

I want to thank you for the recent remodeling job you did at my home in Pearland. You carne out and looked at the outside of my home and wrote up an estimate while you were there. Since I had already checked with the Better Business Bureau and some of your references, I felt comfortable signing the contract. This was on a Friday afternoon and Monday the work had begun. I am very pleased with the job and would certainly recommend you to anyone looking to do any type of remodeling. Your employees were very polite and very neat with their work. The job was done exactly as you quoted and finished in the time you had said it would be.
